Elasticity: This fabric has major elasticity. Happily, this fabric can be stretched quite far without it losing its opacity. Likewise, as the silhouette of the dress is flared from the waist seam, it does not grab the body below the waist. Unfortunately, the sleeve holes on this dress are quite narrow. It seems it was made to have a sleeve approximately 16cm in diameter right up until the 2XL size, at which time they started adding 0.5 - 1cm with every new size. The effect is to have proportionally small arm holes, which the elasticity of the dress cannot alter as they are sewn. So please consider the arm sizes of this garment prior to deciding if it is right for you, as the elasticity of the fabric cannot make the arm holes larger.

This colour grey, which is the colour of a stormy sky over a blue ocean before it hails, is a colour rarely seen in clothes. But we could not love it more! We love the way this moody colour with its green undertones has been paired with the warm tropic flowers used in this floral masterpiece.

With regards to the silhouette of this dress, this is the Western version of the Jellabiya (dress worn under an abaya and around the house). It is a high waisted dress with a slight A-line cut to the skirt with slight pleating where the skirt joins to the bodice to ensure the dress flows over the lower body without grabbing. And the use of highly elasticised fabrics ensure this dress feels cool and smooth against the skin as well as sitting securely at the neck and bust without it being too tight so as to be revealing or too loose so as to run the risk of falling forward and showing the wearers bra and/or undergarments.
