While this shirt will move with the body when the wearer moves, there is not enough elasticity to allow it to fit the next size up without pulling very tightly. However, this limited elasticity ensures this dark colour remains very opaque in all circumstances!

This entire fair trade, slow fashion principle is entirely in-line with the hippy style which came out of the 1960s-70s pop-culture and political movement of the same name. Hippy philosophies sought to recognise the influence of ethnic communities, celebrate historical and traditional folk arts, and create environmentally and socially sustainable employment opportunities via local cooperatives and community interests. This shirt is made utilising a modern implementation of these philosophies. It celebrates the use of natural products (while still imperfect, more environmentally sustainable than many man made fabrics), in this case 100% cotton fabric.
